Outglade started with a simple frustration: most "formal" chappal online look exactly like everyone else's, or wear out in a season.
We set out to make chappal that actually holds up — genuine leather uppers, proper stitching, and a finish clean enough for a wedding table but comfortable enough for a full day on your feet.
Every pair starts from one of Pakistan's traditional chappal shapes — Peshawari, Kaptaan, Balochi — grouped under Khedi, our house name for the whole leather chappal line. We keep what makes each style recognisable and rebuild the leather, sole and stitching to last.
Outglade is based in Karachi, and every pair is made and shipped from Pakistan. Chappal is where we started — more footwear is on the way.
